ST. LOUIS — Downtown incubator T-REX has named venture capital investor Vikram Lakhwara as the nonprofit’s first “investor-in-residence.”

Lakhwara will provide mentorship and help teach company founders how to raise funds with confidence and build sustainable growth. As investor-in-residence, he will also lead T-REX’s new program that pairs educational programming with direct investor insights to support founders.

Originally from the Bay area, Lakhwara got his start with SK Telecom Ventures in San Francisco. He later became a manager of startups and venture capital at Palo Alto-based law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and in 2018 Lakhwara built a seed-stage, or early stage, venture fund, Green Cow Venture Capital.
